I became intentional about writing and taking photos during the pandemic. It helped me re-discover myself artistically. I created My Recollection as a place for that work to “live”. The plan was to make routine posts and curate this compilation; it would grow and evolve as do I. And I did that … until I didn’t. The last few years I’ve gotten sucked back into the busy, busy, busy of everyday life. But I’ve made a commitment to myself with the new year and am back in the creative game.

My soul sings and I literally feel lighter when I prioritize time for myself as an artist.
